This process has three important steps for you to understand today:ġ- We will end development of new innovation releases on eFilm effective immediately. Given this, we have decided to formally start the process to retire the product. However, the medical imaging market now contains many alternatives, and thus the eFilm user community has shrunk considerably. Starting out as the first free medical imaging viewer, eFilm has evolved into many uses, including teaching, CD burning and QA back-up.
Our eFilm solutions have been flexible DICOM viewing tools for many customers over the past 25 years. We look forward to working with you through this transition.ĭirector of Strategy and Product Management Our top priority is your continued success. Of course, you are always welcome to contact us directly as well, at or (877) 741-5369. We will be posting updates and answers to frequently asked questions on our eStore at. The decision to retire a product is never a simple task, and we want to be sure that you understand both the logistics and rationale behind this decision.
The eFilm eStore will also be unavailable to you for license generation or other functions
If you have an existing annual license key that you wish to extend to 6/30/22 with support, contact us at or (877) 741-5369.
You will be able to still download eFilm 4.3 in case you need a replacement install (Hard drive failure for example) only through 6/30/22
Good luck.Īnd I copy the zip file here just in case.As previously announced in March of 2021 and posted on our web site, support for our eFilm portfolio inclusive of eFilm Workstation®, eFilm Lite™ and eFilm Scan™ will be going end of support as of June 30, 2022.
This has been tested on Vista, probably XP works as well. It should pick up your DICOMDIR and now you can read your CT scans.
A friend of mine had this CT scan on CD and was having trouble reading it on his PC (sometimes it worked, sometimes not). Reading CT scans with eFilmLT.exe on VistaĪ bit off-topic but I thought I’d share.
